Protogenes 2016

ARGUMENT

Lately artwork started to spread, she putting on different forms, in graphical or pictorial by preparing or senses each artist.
Gaining strength during critical realism, developing during symbolism, and exploding effective form of surrealism to and then find the place mostly through pop-art, illustration stubbornly to present both real world and especially allegory meditative times downright spontaneous.
Today artwork appears either in journals or books, either spontaneously beachfront or on street corners, or simply on the internet.
That is why we decided to set up camp for a while illustration contest and in an interactive exhibition.
Our contest is open to young people aged 9 to 20 years old (experienced artists or learn at the beginning).
We seek ingenuity, talent and preparation, elements in the Romanian space are plentiful.
Do not hesitate! May be the first step ...

REGULATIONS
* Participants may submit up to four works taken in illustration techniques choice (pencil, charcoal, ink, crayons, pastel, watercolor, gouache, tempera, mixed techniques, etc.) in formats between 14 x 20 cm and 20 x 30 cm, unframed.
* Contest: ARCHITECTURE tomorrow (literally or figuratively).
* No photocopies are allowed.
* The taking of the internet the idea or visual representation.
* Work will be entered on the back, bottom right capitals in Romanian title, author's name and surname, age, institution to which it belongs (if applicable), address and telephone number.
* Work will teach at the Cultural Centre Municipal Caracal, located in Cuza Voda Street, no. 8 (opposite the National Theatre).

* Not Accepted works with obscene, offensive, racist, hate or deviant. * The jury's decision is incontestable. * By submitting works is deemed to be accepted in this Regulation.
* Entries for the competition can be returned only by the sending institution delegate.

WORK SCHEDULE:
* The last date for receipt of entries: April 1, 2016, 13.00.
* Judging works: 11 to 12 April 2016.
* Panotarea work: 15 to 16 April 2016.
* Opening of the exhibition: Monday, April 18, 2016, 17:00, National Theatre foyer Caracal.
* Workshop and award winners: Tuesday, April 19, 2016, from 10.00 in the foyer of the National Theatre Caracal.

AWARDS:
* The organizer will award three prizes and two mentions worth Award:

Prize  I- 500 lei

Prize II- 300 lei

Prize III- 200 lei 

Menţiune- 100 lei

Menţiune- 100 lei

* At the time of awards, competitors will carry their ID or be accompanied by a parent (or teacher) with ID.
