The City Hall of Caracal through the Caracal Tourist Information and Promotion Center in partnership with the Slatina School of Arts and Masters will take part in the Spring Fair in Romania from 22 to 25 February 2018.
 
The stand hosts popular craftsmen from several categories. Here you can find the traditional shirts creator, Alexandrina Olguta-Filip from Cezieni, Liceanu Dumitru from Vadastra, potter ostrich Stefan Truica from Oboga, potter craftsman Ionel Cococi from Vadastra and Stan Alexandru the disciple of Tanase Gheorghe from Corbu .
 
The atmosphere will be maintained these days by none other than Master Ion Creteanu, our special guest. On 23 and 24 February, the ensemble of Doina Oltului and Romanati ensemble will perform an impressive show on the stage placed in the B1 pavilion starting at 13 o'clock. Those interested are expected to visit Romexpo, pavilion B1, stand no.

Our team comes with an unremitting proposal for the first Touristic Route in the Romanian Plain, namely the exploration of the Romanati area.
 
In this itinerary you will rediscover ancient crafts preserved to our day, traditions, cultures, and storytelling of a history-loaded area - the Roam. You will also have the opportunity to visit the craftsmen's workshops and learn little tricks from them.

Our proposal for 3 days in Romanati:
 
Day 1: Taking over the tourists from Corabia and accommodation at Hotel Sucidava. We visit the Sucidava Fortress, then we will take a Danube cruise and a tour of the city, including visiting the Holy Trinity Parish Church (1895-1907). In the afternoon we go to Vadastra to visit the workshop of the famous craftsman Liceanu Dumitru and the workshop of the famous craftsman Potter Ionel Cococi.

Day 2: After breakfast we go to Caracal where we stay at Hotel Romula Imperial, then we go to Draganesti-Olt, where we will visit the Boian Plain Museum. On our way back to Caracal in Cezieni commune in Alexandrina Olguta-Filip's shirt shop, we return to Caracal to visit Romanati Museum, Caracal National Theater, Constantin Poroineanu Park and a tour of the churches in the city. In the evening, according to the cultural calendar, we invite you to a play and song show of the Romanati Folk Ensemble.
 
Day 3: After breakfast we head to the North of Romanati Zone. The first stop will be in Dobrosloveni where we will visit Romula Malva Citadel and the two chalets of Nicolae Ceausescu. We continue our journey and visit Brâncoveni Monastery. The next stop will be in the commune of Oboga, where we will visit the ceramics workshop of the famous craftsman Stefan Truica. We continue our journey to Caluiu Monastery and the workshop of the Tanase Gheorghe craftsman from Corbu. Our tour ends at Corabia where we will get the good stay from our tourists.
